05 — Service Policy
For safety and optimal results, teeth whitening may not be suitable if any of the following apply. Clients with naturally thin enamel or intrinsic staining may experience limited results. Please consult your technician or dental professional if you are unsure.

During the Appointment
Our specialists will assess your teeth and guide you through the whitening process. Results vary based on natural enamel, lifestyle habits and previous dental work. Teeth with crowns, veneers, bridges or bonding may not lighten the same way as natural enamel.
Aftercare: White Diet (24 to 48 Hours)
To help maintain your results, follow the white diet for 24 to 48 hours after treatment. Your enamel is more porous and can absorb pigments easily during this time.

Sensitivity
Some clients may experience temporary tooth or gum sensitivity. This is normal and typically subsides within a few hours. Sensitivity toothpaste may help if needed.

Studio Policies
Informed Consent
All clients are required to complete a health intake form and sign a service-specific informed consent form in studio prior to the start of any treatment. Booking an appointment does not constitute informed consent. Consent forms will be provided at your appointment and must be completed before your service begins.
Photo & Social Media Consent
Use of before-and-after images for portfolio, social media, or educational purposes requires your explicit written opt-in via the in-studio consent form. Image use is never assumed.
Patch Tests
Patch tests are available and strongly recommended for clients with sensitivities to tinting, perming, or adhesive solutions. Availability is managed at the time of booking.
Refund Policy
All services are non-refundable once performed. Touch-up appointments are available as separate bookable services with applicable fees listed on our booking site. Belle Âme does not offer refunds for completed treatments on the basis of individual healing variation, failure to follow aftercare instructions, or dissatisfaction with results that fall within the normal expected range for the procedure.
In the event of a documented service error or adverse reaction directly attributable to our practice, please contact us immediately so we can assess the situation and determine an appropriate resolution.
Right to Refuse Service
We reserve the right to refuse service at any time for reasons including contraindications, safety concerns, or client non-compliance with our policies.
